I m not sure if its positioned incorrectly or the sensor may be faulty. It measures approximately 23 inches wide, 18 deep, and 15 high. It is designed to slide out like a drawer for easy access and use. Please see all images for the best cosmetic.

After using it myself and cleaning it, the display began showing Insert Ground Tray, even though tray was already inserted. I purchased it from a friend who ran and confirmed was working properly.
